Partnership Against Domestic Violence is soliciting competitive sealed bids from prospective contractors for the construction of a parking lot located at our Fulton County Safe house. The parking lot is approximately 7000 sq. feet. Bids packages may be picked up at Partnership Against Domestic Violence’s administrative office located at 114 New St., Suite L, Decatur, GA 30030 beginning Thursday 20, 2011, Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm.

Proposals must be returned in a sealed package marked on the outside as Request for Proposal for Fulton Co. and Company Name. Contractors will have until 4 pm November 21, 2011 to submit proposals at Partnership Against Domestic Violence’s administrative office, 114 New St, Suite L, Decatur, GA 30030. Any proposal received after this date will not be accepted. Proposals will publically be opened and only the names of submitting contractors will be read at 4:30 pm. Proposals are legal and binding upon the bidder when submitted. On unbound original and government statutory and regulatory requirements.

Partnership Against Domestic Violence reserves the right to reject and or all proposals to waive technicalities and to make an award deemed in its best interest.
